Condition wise, the DISC is in FANTASTIC SHAPE! The case & inserts are in nice shape TOO! The case does have a scratch/ impression on the plastic on the front cover. near the title "Fallout". ALSo there is a scratch/ impression on the lower right hand corner of the back cover.
