This was a give away from Ebay to their sellers when they hit certain milestones. I think this is pretty rare as it was a give away many years ago. This would hold a pad of paper, and includes the original pen. This has other pockets for organizing. This measures 6 1/2" X 8 3/4". The pen is dry so would need a refill.
