This is an Official Sony DualSense Black Controller (Model CFI-ZCT1W) for PlayStation 5. It's being sold AS IS / FOR PARTS because even though it powers on, the buttons sometimes do NOT function. For example, the D-Pad buttons, X, and O sometimes won't work, but other times all buttons function properly.
