This blu ray player was recovered from a closed furniture store , I was contracted to remodel for a new tenant by shopping center owner, removing and keeping contents are contractually my property. This player / nor any of the other items were rented or used. It was displayed, but not used. Due to the mass of things left , box and remote may have been destroyed or discarded. We have not totally emptied the contents( if found box, remote, etc. will be added at no extra charge) and description revised. Returns will be available and item guaranteed in working order
