2 Apple Watch per ricambi o riparazioni serie 3 senza caricatore 3 curve totali

I know for sure 1 is locked. It’s the one with the crack and I wore it in the ocean and it never turned on after that. The other one I bought used and I’ve never been able to get it past the connect to WiFi screen. So it does turn on and everything but I couldn’t pair it so unsure if it’s locked or not or what the issue is
