This is a mid century modern Westmoreland Milk Glass Pedestal Epergne Base Stand or Console bowl, in the raised Paneled Grape pattern. Circa 1960's It measures 5" tall and 6" wide. It is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Please see photos
