This book is from the 1920's, but I don't know the exact year. It is in Good Condition for age. The cover shows wear consistent with its age. The papers on the inside of both the front and back covers are cracking along the spine, but the covers are intact. The second page has a small tear and the title page has a name and date written on it. The paper is a bit discolored from age and there is an occasional small spot on a page. The book is slightly musty. No other writing, highlighting, creases, or missing pages.
