With a rubber outsole and foam insole, these sneakers provide comfort and support for running and jogging. These shoes are still very comfortable and are in great condition. The only flaws I must point out are 2 small snags on the right side of left shoe liner near your ankle, (snagged them hoping a fence ;) not very noticeable, but it's there (see 3rd from last pic).
