This is a Tote Vision LED-710-4KIP 7" CCTV Tester - 1280 X 800 HDMI IPS Touchscreen. The screen has a decent amount of light scuffs and scratches, with one very visible one near the top left side. They are not as noticeable when the device is turned on. I have tried taking as many different angles of the screen as possible to show the condition, but it is hard with the glare. It powers on, the touchscreen works, and it is in proper working condition. It only includes the carrying case, ac adapter, and battery. It does not include a micro sd card. What you see in photos is the exact item you will receive.
