I got this item on a return pallet. I ran water through it. Everything seems to be working. I do not have the pods nor am I going to buy and , you can see in the pictures a black collar that goes around where the top closes on it and the bottom piece is broken, but it is there and I don’t know where the top of the water canister is I don’t think it affects anything. It seems to have ran hot water just fine, It looks like it was used. I would imagine it was very minimal since it was a return item, but I can’t say for sure. Item is sold as is you can see the piece broken in the picture. No refunds no returns. It is an open box of best if not used. This is a great way to get a really nice machine for a very cheap price
