Overall Great used condition The railing was glued in place with some glitter glue( I cleaned it up a great deal, but not perfect) I have included the Elsa, Anna and boy doll - these are in great condition- tad bit of fuzz on Elsa’s hair- all shoes are on I have also included the closet with skirts and stool. There are 2 gray pieces that I am not sure where they go Folds up for easy storage
