Estate Sale Find Women’s Elgin Wrist Swiss Watch Silver In Color Not Tested TLC One hand is missing. The glass cover is intact but not on the watch. There is some weight to the face of the watch. I believe it opens. I have not done so. I would recommend taking it to a jeweler. Does NOT currently tell time. Some of the numbers are faded.
