I help run a thrift store this thing came in it's not something that moves off the shelf very quickly. It seems to have all the lights flashing it might just be what it does when it doesn't have a cartridge or paper but it could also mean that it's broken. It definitely is not working as it is but I did not attempt to do anything with it as far as putting paper or ink in it. This is an as is Parts repair sale. The thing is also a little on the the grungy side as far as the exterior concerned. Does have the OEM plug in.
