This is a untested Dyson SV23 Body (I dont have battery to test) I got this with a batch of other things. A-lot of times dyson sends a new body unit if you have issues with any of their accessories (this could very well be the case or not) I wish the best but sale is final no returns. Consider this broken if it helps. I dont want complaints just want to be clear that Its untested.
