A greenish blue ceramic pie dish with fluted edges with an apple pie recipe painted in gold with a signature that says Helen the flowers and apples are painted on as well. There is wear consistent with age on the painted on apples and some staining. There are the initials HB impressed on the back it looks like an early mark from Hubaudiere Bousquet with the tail looping down with the lower B signature. Grande Maison de la Hubaudiere from Quimper France 1860-1895.
