Taken from an original ZOTAC GPU dual fan assembly. This is one of the dual fans on a GPU (such as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4 GB or similar) which had to be replaced. The fan works but seems to oscillate between normal speed and irregular bouts of lag, sticking occasionally.
