The machine turns on, all the buttons and knobs are fully functional. Steam and hot water works BUT the temperature on PID (screen) doesn't go above 140°-150°. Steam and water are hot like normal. Since the temperature doesn't reach 200° the machine will not allow you to pull water from grouphead.
