While preserving the family tradition, at the age of 48 he set out to fulfill his dream of reviving the ceramics of China’s Song Dynasty. Drawing on his deep knowledge of ceramic chemistry, he began producing works that faithfully reinterpreted the glazes and aesthetics of ancient Chinese wares.
