up for sale is my Tootsie Toy Rare Mr Bubbles Promotional 7-in Plastic Figure. has a turn lock on head with a pull out wand for the bubbles. everything is still intact and in working order. outside does have slight discoloration from the glue seam, otherwise in great condition. does have Tootsie toy engraved in the bottom of the figure. please see all pics and ask any questions you have about this item. does
