1920/30s? Shop display? Looks super standing in the corner of my room. Has a second hat, sports cap, stands on a round base that goes up one leg. Paint work could do with some attention, and getting thin on hair front! It's a great talking/quirky piece of history. Could be used to advertise children's clothes? Feel free to email any questions.
