An interesting and in generally good conditions (a few marks to the covers) 24 page advertising booklet 'Oil Painting for Beginners' by John Mills produced by George Rowney & co. Ltd. Possibly from 1969 as there is a printers mark of W.H 6.69 on the back of the booklet.
