This is a pre-owned phone that had a Verizon SIM card. As you see in the pictures, it powers up and has been factory reset. Prior to resetting the phone had many apps and pictures and a video and was charged to 81% however it did not have service to test a call going through. It does have a nice crisp picture on the screen and the Otter Box Protective Case has kept it from getting scratches. From the about phone section it showes to be Android 5.1 with 10GB.
