Royal Sovereign RBC-1515-ADBK High Speed Money Counting Machine Counterfeit Bill This money/bill counter is being sold for Parts or repair/not working. When plugged in, display screen lights up showing a zero. But it does not count bills. It gives an error & wont pass bills through the machine. I do not know what is wrong with it.
