Verizon wireless Samsung alias 2. The phone is showing its age and would probably need a slight refurbish to look brand new. both screens are working, along with the keyboard. there is some markings underneath the screen cover but it does not seem to be affecting the function of the screen itself. it does come with the original battery, wall charger and box as seen in pictures. Charger door has broken off but will be included.
