This surface tablet is fully functional, but the battery appears to be ever so slightly expanding. No charger will be included. The battery holds a charge but only has 56% health remaining. A gray type cover will be included. The screen has a pressure spot as shown in the photos. The sides of the display also are starting to yellow. Windows 10 Pro is installed and activated.
