This surface tablet works, but the battery appears to be slightly expanding. The left and right side of the screen has yellowing to it. The screen will sometimes flicker. The touchscreen works fine, and the tablet does work other than the issues stated above. No charger or keyboard will be included. The battery has 66% health remaining.
