ThIS surface tablet works, but is BIOS LOCKED. The screen also has lines in it and the screen also is yellowing on the two sides. The top of the screen will sometimes flicker. The touchscreen works fine, and the tablet does work other than the issues stated above. No charger or keyboard will be included. The battery has 64% health remaining.
