very good condition, minimal scuffs and scratches. takes great pictures. it will record video but can not play back video on the camera, i have to take the memory card out and export the video on my computer or it locks up the camera. this is not the case for pictures they can be reviewed in camera. not sure what the issue is . gives a error 70 trying to play back video. thank you for looking, ask any questions before purchasing it. ships next day. comes with a battery, no charger or memory card.
