I am very familiar with iPad repair , the iPad has a cracked screen , home button stuck due too cracked screen , LCD is perfect , does not update pass ios 9.3.6 , does connect too wifi , cameras work fine , no iCloud lock , iPad came from a school sale , great for parts or simple usage, iPad has touch issues due too screen cracked , do not know the exact gigs , I went with the lowest , any questions feel free too ask , Thank you
