No Box Listed as for parts as I do not have all of the pieces that came with the original box. Comes with everything as shown (this is an intel adapter and I do not have the AMD ADAPTER.) Works perfectly fine, I switched to AMD. It has the 4 screws to connect to the motherboard as shown in the picture. I have never had a problem with this cpu cooler.
