This tablet is fully functional. No charger will be included, but the battery holds a good charge, and a purple type cover will come with it. The screen does have some purple splotches as shown in the last photo. It is mostly noticeable on darker backgrounds. Windows 10 Pro is installed and ready to be set up by a New User.
