Velcro on back pocket not as sticky as it once was, but still works as intended. Size: XL Mens Waist: 36” - 40” (measured 38” laid flat) Length: 33” Outer Leg Length: 44” Thigh: 16” Leg Opening: 8” Good condition, few light flaws as shown in photos - small darker mark patches but not overly noticeable. Small dust mark on back which will come out.
