Please examine the photos carefully before purchasing. Also if you would like further photos or information please do not hesitate to ask. In mostly very good condition except for the following some staining on the front cover (see photo). There's a stain near the hanger top middle and some lighter discolouration on the right hand side. The individual months all look pretty good and will display nicely. The metal ring binder has rusted a bit and there are a few small tears at either extremity
