It is by Henry Tunison (1855-1915) published inTunison's Peerless Universal Atlas of the World, Jacksonville, Illinois 1886, a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is from one of the rarer early editions of the Peerless Atlas, in which he used very strong and vibrant colors, especially the pinkish reds that have a fluorescent quality.
