Very nice solid piece for your farmhouse decor. This is believed to be well handmade but cannot verify it. There area areas of surface rust on the piece and on the chain which just adds to the overall look of the patina. It would be very hard to find another piece like this. The chain is about 40” so the hanging height of this piece can be adjusted. Please see attached pictures for overall condition
