This is the tsuba (guard) of a Japanese sword. The openwork pattern is beautiful, and it has the weightiness that only iron can provide. •Material: Iron. •Box included (as shown in the photo). It likely belonged to my grandfather, so I don't know how old it is, but I believe it's quite old.
