Detailed pictures have been taken for you to review carefully. See picture where we TESTED the surface temperature with an infrared thermometer. It reaches well over 330° Fahrenheit on setting #4. Do NOT purchase if you expect a higher temperature than this. The top aluminum surface has no dings or major staining. It is ready to use.
