Car looks excellent. Signed by Scott Riggs in person so no COA with it. Minimal wear on box. I do not need to sell this so please do not attempt to lowball me because you “saw one for less somewhere else.” I paid $400 for an UNSIGNED one of these on here. That one was factory sealed, but if you look on eBay, you’ll see OPENED unsigned ones for that price. This one is a good deal being that these are really hard to find.
