Lenovo H520S has been tested for power on and cdrw working. Products are as is. Specs indicate windows 8 OS but we cannot confirm. See photos of the spec stickers for exact verification on the ram for both the h500s and h520s. No power cord comes with h520s and there is no power supply in the h500s which was probably just used as an extra hard drive and linked to the h520s. Feel free to ask any questions.
