It is tested and works perfectly. See the pictures for pictures of it working and the remote control working. It has the usual scuffs and scrapes from use and some rust spots on the top back and bottom from other devices being stacking under and on it, but it works perfectly. The cord has some chew marks, but none appear to go through. We ship the same business day in most cases.
