From May 24th, 2019 to May 26th, 2019, the Pokemon International Challenge May competition was held on the Pokemon Global link, also known as the PGL. Players who participated in at least three battles during the competition were given a special serial code, that when entered into Pokemon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon, would grant them with an exclusive Pokemon - a Shiny Tapu Fini.
