This iPad isn’t very good shape. All functions work. The screen also looks very good. WiFi only. No phone connection. Charging cord is not included. It takes the older type of Apple charge cord. It does come with a case. The case is showing somewhere around the edges, especially where you open and close it on the right side. I have never had any trouble with this iPad. I bought a newer iPad a couple years ago and kept this as a backup. The model number is MGTX2LL/A It is 128 GB
