Such a fun set, this is the 2008 Lego city rescue chopper and life raft! It has a wind up motor integrated into it so that the winch can either airlift a minifigure into the medical stretcher inside or carry the life raft. The old school shark included is also a favorite of mine. The one thing to note is that one of the orange flaps on the life raft has a broken clip. Being a piece with two clips it still holds on just fine. The winch arm cover is also supposed to be all yellow but has been modified to be yellow and grey.
