This console has a defective disc drive. I think the laser might be the issue. I cleaned it up and it’ll run games that are free of scratches, but as soon as you put a disc in with even the smallest of surface scratches, it won’t read it. The console turns on and runs well. I opened it up to dust it out and re-applied thermal paste. The power supply is included and works as well. The controller does NOT work, I can’t get it to power on at all. The hard drive was dropped (see last photo) but still works and was formatted.
