Front of medal pendant has slightly raised image of Pope Pius XII ( Marked-PIVS XII PONT. MAX) Back of medal pendant has Pope Pius XII coat of arms with colored enamel (Marked-ANNO SANTO ROMA 1950 PIO XII) I am not sure what type of metal this pendant is made of, but it does have a nice weight to it.
