Item is open box. Chime (2nd gen) and rechargeable battery pack tested and works. Includes Satin Nickle and Venetian faceplates. Only item it does not include is the ring sticker and some of the inner packaging boxes. There was a layer of dust on the item but has been wiped and cleaned. Outer original box have comestic damage and will be shipped in a box.
