This item is used, but in decent shape, does have some slight scuffs in the back and some kind of tape residue in one corner. Nothing is cracked or damaged. This item was reset back to factory settings. It will come with a small charge and will need to be recharged when you receive it. It does come with a charging cable, but it does not come with a charger.
