The fixture uses one standard-base bulb up to 100 watts, or use an LED bulb for any brightness you like (bulb not included). 8" wide at the glass shade. The total height including the shade, cord and ceiling canopy is 40" (we have multiples with different heights - the shortest is 40" and the longest is 64" - let us know what height(s) you need).
