This is missing both the set screw that goes into the brass water supply part on the main bar as well as the mounting hardware. The bar itself has some scratches and one dent but it is still usable, see pictures. What you get is all in the pictures. If you wanted to order the set screw and mounting hardware from Kohler (basically just some serious wall anchors) you could use it.
