Jazzy 614 HD Front Caster Arms For Power Wheelchair. Removed from working chair. Includes the yellow springs (black springs not included). Does show signs of use. Has rust spots and paint flakes around the metal. One of the caster arms plastic caps broke off and there’s some rust on the top bearing. The caster fork spins will a little hesitation.
